Annual General Meeting 2026
All our members are invited to attend the Club’s AGM on Tuesday 22nd September at 19:00 at Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College, Parkshot, Richmond, TW9 2RE. The meeting will be in room RBS21.
Please confirm your attendance by no later than 17:00 Sunday 20th September by emailing rvblondon@gmail.com.
There is also the option to attend virtually – please let us know via the same email and the link will be emailed to you before the meeting.
Proxy voting is also available. Please email rvblondon@gmail.com and include the email address of the member you wish to be your proxy.
