Welcome to Richmond Volleyball Community Division! We run training groups for mixed adults who want to learn or improve their indoor volleyball skills in a fun and friendly environment.
Our sessions are aimed at male and female adult players, from beginners just starting out to intermediate players looking to refine their skills in a social setting. Training is focused on developing core skills, including passing, serving, attacking, setting and blocking, game strategy and fitness.
Whether you’re looking for some extra practice or you’re looking to learn, our friendly team will help you get the most out of your time with us. We hope to see you soon!
Beginners (Wednesdays)
TRAINING FOCUS:
- Learn core volleyball skills
- Coordination and ball control
- Fitness and conditioning
TIMES: Wednesdays 6:30-8:15pm
