This programme is aimed at male and female adults with some experience playing Volleyball who want to enhance their existing skills and prepare them for competition at a local level, in particular, the South London Volleyball League.

Training Focus:

  • Skills including passing, serving, attacking, setting and blocking
  • Game strategy, formations and rotations
  • Fitness and conditioning
