Role & Description

To supervise and oversee all volunteers of Richmond Volleyball Club.

Main Duties

• Act as the main contact for all volunteers.
• Ensure that opportunities for feedback and training are provided.
• Liaise with the Chairperson or Secretary to ensure that all tasks required to run the club efficiently are carried out.
• Ensure that each volunteer understands their job and their role within the organisation
• Motivate volunteers through recognition and feedback.
• Annually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteering, and report to the committee.

Commitment

Ensure that each task has been assigned to a volunteer.
