Mixed Adults Beginner Training

This programme is aimed at beginner and improver male and female adults to develop the core beach volleyball skills through fun games and drills

Training focus:

  • Passing, serving, attacking, setting, blocking/breaking
  • Footwork and movement
  • Fitness and stamina
  • Rules of the game

Please note to ensure focused and high-quality training sessions, each block is limited to a maximum of 12 players. We advise that you book early to avoid disappointment.

In order to ensure all players get the most out of the training, the coaches may recommend transferring players to another training group should they feel it is suitable.
