Duration: 7 weeks blocks (summer)
What to Expect
• 2 hrs of individual skills development, fitness, game strategy, fun & games until sunset
• No partner required
• Intermediate & advanced levels (no beginners)
There are two separate intermediate/advanced training sessions per week. The first one meets on Tuesday’s and the second meets on Thursday’s. Both sessions are open to committed intermediate and advance ability levels.

As beach volleyball is an outdoor sport and it has been known to rain occasionally in London we have to let you know that ALL OF OUR BEACH EVENTS WILL RUN RAIN OR SHINE – Only in EXCEPTIONAL weather circumstances will we not run our events.
Training Fundamentals are the foundation of any sport. The training series will be placing specific emphasis on improving passing, serving, blocking, and hitting control through repetition and refinement for both beach and indoor players. We will also be implementing volleyball specific strength and explosion training which will enable athletes to move faster and be prepared to improve and excel this beach season and beyond.
