Junior Beginner Training

This programme is aimed at beginner and improver boys and girls introducing them to core skills of beach volleyball through fun games and drills.

Training focus:

  • Passing, serving, attacking, setting
  • Footwork and movement
  • Rules of the game
  • Communication and teamwork

Dates & Times:

Fridays 5pm – 6.30pm
Block 1 (7 sessions) Block 2 (6 sessions)

7 June 26 July (off – school holidays)

Please note to ensure focused and high-quality training sessions, each block is limited to a maximum of 12 players. We advise that you book early to avoid disappointment.
