Boys Intermediate Training

This programme includes high-intensity technical training and will allow young players to improve and progress their volleyball skills to a higher level and compete in regional junior beach competitions.

Training focus:

  • Passing, serving, spiking, setting, blocking skills and techniques
  • Footwork and movement
  • Offensive and defensive game strategy
  • On court communication
