Boys Advanced Training

This programme is aimed at advanced junior players and intends to equip them with the technical, tactical, physical and mental skills they need to compete at national beach competitions against adults and other advanced juniors.

Training focus:

  • Advanced passing, serving, spiking, setting, blocking
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Mental strength and motivation
  • Defensive and offensive systems
  • Tournament/match analysis
