This programme is aimed at intermediate adult female players to enhance their existing skills and prepare them to compete at beach competitions at national level. This session is also suitable for experienced indoor players who want to transfer their skills to the beach.
The session includes 1 hour of training followed by 2 hours of gameplay (as part of the mixed open session).
- Passing, serving, attacking, setting, blocking/breaking
- Offensive and defensive game strategy
- Fitness and stamina
- Mental strength and motivation
