Kingston Station. Take right hand lane and under railway bridge then keep in left hand lane. onto Kingsgate Road - A307 (signposted Richmond). At end turn left onto Richmond Road - A307, Continue forward onto Richmond Road - A307. Entering Ham, go through Ham Common and at mini-roundabout continue forward onto Petersham Road - A307. Turn left. Entering Petersham. Turn left onto Tree Close.
