Cheerleading Dancers
This season Richmond Volleyball has introduced additional on-court National League
entertainment with a team of cheerleading dancers from St Mary's University College.
The aim is to make our NVL game night one of the best atmospheres in the league creating a fun, colourful and vibrant environment with exciting volleyball.
The dance team consists of 14 girls and in their routines perform a combination of dance, jumps, gymnastics and stunts!
The girls practice twice a week for two hours and for every home game they work on new routines
to make sure the fans are never bored.
The group also have opportunity to develop as dancers in various styles such as hip-hop, salsa, jazz, etc.
