South London Sitting Volleyball League 2009/10

The South London Volleyball League is pleased to present an all inclusive community-level sitting volleyball league for 2009/2010 season.

Held at Richmond College your team will play several games (best of 3 sets) and will play back-to-back games (starting either at 7pm, 8pm, or 9pm). The matches will be held on 4 courts for 8 teams (6 players per team).

Overview
Sitting volleyball is similar to the standing game. The rules and skills are the same but it is played on a smaller court with a low net and sitting down. Players move around the court on their bottoms, they are only allowed to use their hands to move themselves around the court and their bottoms must not leave the ground.
