David Rijvers, Richmond’s Club Chairman, commented "I'm delighted to welcome Kazem on board; he is an extremely well respected coach in his field and brings with him an invaluable amount of expertise in coaching top class athletes. He will be responsible for developing and implementing a long term comprehensive strength and conditioning training programme for our elite national senior and junior players. As a club member, Kazem’s knowledge of volleyball and weight lifting will be an asset to the team.”
