U14 Shene and Grey Court go top of their borough groups finals

For the first time Shene boys and Grey Court girls can top at the u14 Richmond Secondary Schools Cluster B Festival Finals held at Christ School and qualify to borough finals to be held next Wednesday.
The boys group featured four teams from 3 schools (Christ, Shene and Grey Court). Both Shene (176 points) and Christ (152 points) won 5 games each, but it was Shene who achieved top place.
In the girls group three teams (Grey Court, Teddington and Shene) competed for the top two places to progress to the borough finals. However it was Grey Court (110 points) and Shene (86 points) who progressed winning 3 games each with Grey Court taking top spot on points.
Thanks goes to all the school teachers, venue host and Christ sport leaders who helped on the day as scorers and referees making the event a great success
Next week Hampton Boys School will host Richmond Borough Volleyball Finals. The participating schools will be for the boys Hampton A, Hampton B, Shene and Christ and for the girls Waldegrave, HCC, Grey Court and Shene.

runs junior sessions for boys and girls at Tiffin Boys School (Sat 10am), Chessington School (Mon 4.15pm), Coombe Girls School (Thurs 4.30pm) and London Oratory School (Fri 4.30 pm).
