Men and Women teams received 1st round bye in National Shield

Both Richmond NVL Men and Women teams have an unexpected break on weekend 5th & 6th December clinching a first-round bye into the 2nd round of the National Volleyball Shield.
The men will be travelling away on Sat 9th Jan 2010 and will challenge the winners of either Wiltshire Mavericks or London Malory 2.
They will be looking to improve on last year’s performance reaching the Semi-Finals.
The women will also be travelling away on Sun 10th Jan 2010 and will challenge the winner of either Sussex Dolphins or Spelthorne.
