This weekend Richmond's International Caribbean Festival - Ya Mon!

With less than 5 days to go the Richmond Volleyball International Festival the largest volleyball festival in London will be again held at Imber Court in South West London (near Hampton court) and will come alive with Caribbean colours, smells and sounds of traditional steel drums, plus not forgetting the several hundreds of male and female players battling out on the 6v6 grass courts for 3 days to win fantastic prizes.
The volleyball festival gets under way on Saturday 29th August at 9.00 am with the finals on the Monday 31st August. The 3 day action packed weekend at London’s top sports and social clubs will also offer: special day & evening menu, evening entertainment hosted by DJ Lee (Saturday) and a live band (Sunday). Sunday will be the steel drums, Caribbean BBQ, Music and Dancers. The weekend will offer great value on soft drinks and alcoholic beverages in the club house; sports massage (Sun and Mon) and access to the swimming pool. Prizes for winning teams in each division this year include new MIKASA MVA ball and £30 voucher for 2010 entry.
If you’re looking to enter a mixed or men’s team, you will need to apply as soon as possible stating your level of play, division and post your £30 deposit, or full entry fee. Don’t’ miss out on London’s top volleyball festival at Imber Court - 'Put some music in your volleyball. Ya Mon!'
