7th week - Summer League hits 100 players

With a new record of over 100 registered players and two weeks remaining the Richmond Volleyball Mixed Summer League has a new leader Franck Glandy with 43 points, followed closely by Marek Sokolowski (42 points) Dan Cleather (40 points), Michael Ghelfi (39 points). Top female players are B.Marikova, R.Zhunusova both on 34 points.
Players who wish to participate in the league are still very welcome. The league is held every Tuesday evenings from 6.30 to 8.30pm at Old Deer Park in Richmond and will finish on Tuesday 28th July. The league features mixed abilities from national, regional and local league players.
To enter you just need to turn up (no need to enter a team) and register on the day. The organisers allocate you to a team. League points are awarded on individual basis (not per team). League will now offer fee reductions for late registrations - 5 weeks is £10.00 (adults) and £6.00 (juniors u18). First matches round of matches start at 6.30 with the 2nd round at 7.30pm.
