Richmond Volleyball is looking for energetic development coaches who are passionate about teaching the game of volleyball to young people. We offer a competitive rate of £20.00-£25.00 per hour
As part of our strategy to grow volleyball in the community through our sustainable community coaching development programme you will be working with the Richmond coaching team and responsible for delivering series of structured coaching sessions to secondary schools participating in our borough competition programme. The role will require someone to work flexible hours coaching either early in the morning, lunch time, after school hours from 3pm onwards and/or on weekends.
The key goal is retention of the young players within the club for further development.
You will also be required to help and facilitate links between schools and the Richmond Volleyball through involvement in the club elite junior development.
Support will be given by the Head of Richmond Volleyball Schools Development Programme.
