Richmond hosts their 4th National Level 1 Coaching Course

Richmond Volleyball (an accredited clubmark club) is proud to report their 4th successful
delivery of the National Level 1 coaching course creating 23 brand new volleyball coaches since launching Richmond Volleyball coaching development programme in 2006.
Attendees made the trip from as far as Essex, Hertfordshire, Hampshire, Sussex,
Northamptonshire, London, Columbia, Sierra Leone, Czech, Portugal, and Egypt; representing national,
regional and local clubs and schools. The club hopes to involve many of the new local coaches to the Richmond’s grass root development programme working with a total of 30 secondary schools in Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow boroughs.
Richmond's Development Coordinator made comment on the success of this weekend’s course and would like to thank Richmond College for their excellent facilities and hospitality.
Richmond Volleyball will be running another National Level 1 and 2 coaching courses in May 2009. Make sure
you book early as there are only limited places available and they often fill up quickly.
