Awards 4 All Success

Awards For All Programme has awarded Richmond Volleyball with a substantial grant to support the Richmond Volleyball International Festival held over the bank holiday August weekend (Sat 23rd to 25th August) at Imber Court Sports Club, near Hampton Court Palace.
Endorsed by Volleyball England (national governing body) as part of the 2008 Regional Grass Series, Richmond Volleyball Festival aims to be one of the largest nation wide volleyball events offering competition for all levels of play from national league division 1 to local league. There will also be taster sessions on the first two days for those who have never played volleyball and want to take on a new sport.
Chairman of Richmond Volleyball, said: 'We are absolutely delighted - it's very good news for volleyball community that the importance of play have been recognized. The Awards For All grant will help us strengthen our infrastructure and create a legacy to build on in the future. It will make a real difference to our volleyball community and signals a new era for Richmond Volleyball.”
Spaces are still available for all levels for team entry at £75.00 (adults) and £40.00 (juniors). Individual players who are not linked to a team but want to take part can register stating there level of play for £15.00 (adult) and £8.00 ( junior).
