Junior Women stall in 2nd round of the nationals

Richmond Junior u18 Women could not reproduce their stunning 1st round form in the Sunday National u18 Junior Volleyball Championships.
Having blitzed every team they played in the pool games a few weeks ago, they crashed out in the 2nd round after losing all three games 2-0 against Wessex A and B and St Edwards.
But the players will have a chance to shine in the London Youth Games where many will play for Richmond and Kingston teams.

To get involved Richmond Volleyball has an open adult volleyball session in Whitton Sports & Fitness Centre on Sunday’s from 4.30-6pm (junior / beginner’s) and from 6-8pm (intermediate and advance level)
You can also get involved at our Saturday Morning Junior Volleyball Club held at Waldegrave School from 9.00 to 10.00 (8 to 11 years old) and 10.00 to 11.00 am (11 to 15 years old).
