Richmond develop 9 teachers at coaching workshop

Richmond Volleyball delivered their first coaching workshop focusing specially on local primary and secondary teachers supported by Whitton School. The full day
practical workshop had 9 attendees and focused at key Stages 1, 2, 3 & 4 introducing the fundamentals of movement, serving/receiving skills, and the development of basic tactical concepts for attacking and defending.
The programme was been designed for inexperienced teachers, or those new to coaching volleyball or who have some background in the game. It also provided a range of drills and practices to develop these skills in school players.
