Club Name Change to Richmond Volleyball

As of today the club name of Whitton Volleyball is to be changed to Richmond Volleyball.
Club Chairman commented, the new club name also acknowledges the broadening base of membership and our stronger community partnerships.
As a club and sport we growing rapidly and we can now offer considerable opportunities for further growth. Within the Club, there is now a strong desire to improve and to stand apart from other clubs in terms of good practice, friendly, well-run, excellence and most importantly a safe club.
Our Mission Statement is to promote volleyball by bringing athletes, coaches, and the local community together to foster a distinctive culture of excellence by integrating sport, competition, training and education.
The Club would like to thank to all those who participate in discussions and meetings to facilitate the new name to Richmond Volleyball.
