Richmond Volleyball Junior Teams

Richmond Volleyball welcomes new players of all ages to join our squads at any point during the season. Our aim is to provide junior players with as many opportunities as possible to improve their game though competition. Every year we enter teams into national, regional and local competitions in several age groups. Click here to see the Honours that our junior teams have received recently.
The number of teams in every category (boys or girls) and age group could vary from year to year depending on numbers of commited players and our development plans.

It is not unusual for the younger players to take part also in the older age group if they have shown good commitment and progress. Some of the advanced junior players are also invited to train and play with senior Richmond teams in National, Regional and Local Leagues.

Selection for the squads is carried out by coaches during training sessions at our Volleyball Development Centre and at the Borough School Festivals and Inter-Borough Finals.
