Play Sport LondonPlay Sport London replaces the London Summer and Winter of Sport programmes. Play Sport London, is part of the Mayor’s Plan ‘A Sporting Future for London’, aiming to provide free sporting opportunities to Londoners. Following it's popularity in 2006, the Richmond Volleyball Summer of Sport is now an established event encouraging greater participation in volleyball in the build up to the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Having been the first of two London Volleyball clubs to embrace the initiative in it's inaugural year, Richmond Volleyball is proud to be part of this success.
To attend the 2009 programme please come along on the following dates. Week 1 (outdoor tournament)

The 2008 Richmond Programme was held at Kingston Arena and consisted of fun structured
coaching sessions and a tournament. Overall during 6 weeks 40 people got involved and enjoyed free volleyball. Many
of them are now training with the club regularly and joined the South London Volleyball League.
