Just 4 Women Summer FestivalsIn the spirit of encouraging more women to take up sport we are running a 4 free Just 4 Women Summer Festivals in association with Play Sport London. All girls and women welcome. The session will consist of a fun structured coaching session (45 minutes) followed by a tournament.
To attend the 2009 programme please come along to any or all of the following dates: Week 1 (indoor training)
Week 2 (indoor training)
Week 3 (sitting volleyball)
Week 4 (indoor training)
If you have enjoyed the festivals and want more volleyball, you can come to open sessions at
Whitton Sports & Fitness Centre
on Sundays from 4.30pm to 6pm. If you want to compete throughout the year, our
South London Volleyball League is a great option.
We also have two
regional women's teams and welcome new advanced players to join the training..

Don’t worry if you’re not linked to a team/club - we will arrange your team on the day.
The format of the tournament will be decided depending of numbers and the level of participants.
There will be chocolates for the winners, and we will not stop them from sharing with all the others.
Volleyball is one of the top female Olympic team sports.
If you have never played volleyball in your life, it is time to have a go! If you want to try something
a bit different, now is your opportunity! If you used to be active but life has since got in the way, take the change to take some ‘me’ time and play again. Be active, make friends and have fun.
