4v4 Grand Slam Grass Series
Come and play in Richmond Volleyball 4v4 Grand Slam Grass Series and enjoy some food and drinks while playing. This is a series of four one day 4v4 tournaments held every other weekend during the summer months in London's green parks.
With three divisions the 4v4 Grand Slam is for everyone. The competitive 'open' 4v4; social 'mixed' 4v4; or the super social 'mixed' 4v4.
It's a fantastic opportunity and great value for people of different ages, gender and sporting ability to participate in volleyball and play lots of 4v4 matches.
When you're not playing, have a cold brew and enjoy the food and music from the local pubs.
Teams (4 players) finishing top at the end of the grass series will also receive great prizes!

Entry Cost:
• Adult £15.00 per team per event.
• Junior £10.00 per team per event.
• Save £10.00 if you sign up to all 4 events (£50.00).
• We cannot guarantee your level if you sign up on the day. Book now to avoid
disappointment.
Key features:
• HAVE FUN. PLAY NICE. CALL YOUR OWN MISTAKES.
• Your team can either compete in 1 or all 4 tournaments.
• Priority will be given to teams entering all 4 events.
• At 1st tournament teams are not seeded. At 2nd tournament teams will be seeded by points gained.
• Teams must consist of at least 4 players but can register a max of 6 players.
• At each event your team will accumulate tournament points and team standings.
• Teams are divided into pool play followed by semi-final and finals (best of 3 sets). Teams who don't make winning bracket will complete in play-off finals.
• The events offers an 'open' tournament (NVL standard) and a 'mixed' tournament (regional / local league standard).
• For 'Open' events team entries can be men, women or mixed.
• For 'Mixed' events (Div 1 or Div 2) teams must comprise of 1 female player on court at all times.
• A team may decide to play with a minimum of three players if you do not have a full team ready to play at start time. For a mixed team one of those three players must be a female.
• Prizes for top standing teams at end of the 4v4 Grand Slam grass Series.
• If play is cancelled due to bad weather all registered team captains will be contacted via email and/or mobile text.
• Bring your own volleyball to warm up with! Not mandatory, but necessary if you want to warm up!
