Club Volunteer Officer
Role & Description
To supervise and oversee all volunteers of Richmond Volleyball Club.
Main Duties
•Act as the main contact for all volunteers.
•Ensure that opportunities for feedback and training are provided.
•Liaise with the Chairperson or Secretary to ensure that all tasks required to run the club efficiently are carried out.
•Ensure that each volunteer understands their job and their role within the organisation
•Motivate volunteers through recognition and feedback.
•Annually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteering, and report to the committee.
Commitment
Ensure that each task has been assigned to a volunteer.
